WHAT THIS AGREEMENT COVERS

This Agreement governs your use of the website and the ExploreTex support (the”Service”). The Service allows customers that have a suitable relationship with: (I) institutions of higher education, fraternal organizations, honor societies and other collegiate groups (together,”Institutions”); (ii) businesses and tiny companies; (iii) basic and secondary schools; or (iv) other associations, to design and buy custom product properly describing that connection. You know that by using the Service and the website, you’ve consented to the Agreement’s terms and conditions and you agree to use the Service and the website as provided in this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF EXPLORETEX AND THIRD PARTIES

Furthermore, ExploreTex has the sole discretion to deny any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (based on criteria established by the FCC), portraying reckless use of alcohol or other materials, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, and religion, handicap or national origin, including explicit sexual content or is otherwise unsuitable for ExploreTex generation.

You agree not to use the ExploreTex Service to make some material that’s unlawful, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Designs created with all the text tools and graphics are in no way the property of the clients who assemble these designs. ExploreTex keeps the right to display such designs or provide them (or variations of these designs) to additional clients.

PAYMENT POLICIES

ExploreTex accepts online payment by Bank to Bank, Western Union, Credit card, Debit card, PayPal or Google Pay etc.. All payments delivered are sent.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY TIMES

The orders of exploreTex are delivered within 90 days. Clients that are concerned about meeting deadlines ought to put an order with a sales rep directly by sending an email to Ilias@exploretex.com. Notice: Pricing and won’t necessarily match those and minimums for orders are subject to change.

RETURNS POLICY

ExploreTex goes to great lengths to make sure that all orders are filled punctually and correctly and are. Thus, ExploreTex accepts returns and will refund payment if and when clients are disappointed with ExploreTex product for one of these reasons: (a) the sterile things themselves are materially faulty; (b) that the grade of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is under a sensible selection of expectations; or (c) the design of the last product is materially distinct from the finished design submitted with the client. If a factory flaw is located on a single thing (like a hole in the cloth ), then ExploreTex will issue a refund for your faulty item (In conditions of for 5 percent over flaw issue only)

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may not cancel your purchase after providing the payment to your purchase.

LIMIT OF EXPLORETEX RESPONSIBILITY

The materials and information contained within this website, such as text, graphics, links or other items, are provided”as is”,”as available”. ExploreTex expressly disclaims liability and doesn’t warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the data and materials.
If will ExploreTex be responsible for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or costs arising in connection with this website or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, or even when ExploreTex, or agents thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, expenses or losses.

ExploreTex will be responsible for acting only on those instructions. Shop that are obtained and doesn’t assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not that you ship. ExploreTex isn’t accountable for any losses or delays in transmission of requests stemming from using any online Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related issue which might be attributable to services provided by any online Access Service Provider. ExploreTex isn’t responsible if you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment isn’t processed from your credit-card business.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

ExploreTex respects the intellectual property rights of other people. We’ve got a policy of eliminating user submissions that violate trademark, copyright, or any intellectual property legislation, or terminating in appropriate circumstances the accounts (if any) of any person that uses our website in breach of such a law.
In order for us to react to your notice, it needs to: (I) include your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identify the copyrighted work, signature, or any intellectual property alleged to have been infringed; (iii) identify the allegedly infringing material in a sufficiently accurate way to let us find that substance; (iv) contain sufficient information where we could contact you (such as postal address, phone number, and email address); (v) include a statement that you have a fantastic faith belief that use of this copyrighted material, trademark, or any intellectual property isn’t approved by the proprietor, the operator’s agent, or the law; (vi) include a statement that the data in the written notice is true; and (vii) include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright, trademark, or any intellectual property right owner.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ExploreTex and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses and costs, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of ExploreTex s Website and the Service, your breach of the Agreement, or your breach of any rights of another.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by the legislation of the Bangladesh and, where applicable, by federal legislation.
