Shipping & Returns
01 Shipping
Each arrangement is made to purchase. Before sending your items, we pack your purchase. Since each piece is custom created, please expect that your own piece.
You’ll be given a delivery confirmation, As soon as your order has shipped.
02 Shipment Methods
We use shipping suppliers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT to send your requests.
To nations, we supply sea cargo options for orders over bits.
We provide sea dispatch alternatives and airfreight to fit your budget or necessity.
Do note that shipping time varies by shipping techniques & sea cargo and place takes for delivery.
03 Custom Taxes
Please be aware that there may be import tax charged by countries customs office. ExploreTex isn’t liable and we aren’t able to refund orders.
Order may be delayed because of holiday seasons graphics grade or lost information. In these instances, we’ll contact you to resolve any issues.
In cases like this, we suggest that you contact the delivery company to solve any custom clearance problems.
04 Insurance
Default not insures shipments. For cases where the shipments are lost or are stuck on your destination country habits, ExploreTex isn’t responsible for any losses after the products are handed over to the shipper.
We suggest that you contact the delivery company to solve any damaged or lost shipment problems.
05 Returns and Refunds Policy
If there be some concerns about the product’s grade, please email us with your order # and higher quality photographs of the difficulties.
We may provide to issue a gift card to pay the value of your purchase and don’t provide cash refunds, as what’s a custom order.
At ExploreTex we take it and are assured of our quality. Please contact us within 14 days, if you find problems with your purchase.
06 Shipment Tracking
After we send the products we supply monitoring details that the client is able to observe the delivery status at any moment.
