Digital Print

Digital printing is a modern method of applying designs directly onto fabric or other materials using advanced inkjet technology. Unlike traditional screen printing, digital printing doesn’t require screens or stencils, allowing for faster production and greater flexibility. It enables the reproduction of highly detailed, full-color images with vibrant hues and smooth gradients, making it ideal for complex or photographic designs. Digital printing is perfect for small batches, custom orders, and on-demand production, offering excellent color accuracy and soft, breathable prints.

Dye Sublimation

Sublimation printing is a specialized printing process where dye-based inks are transferred onto polyester or polymer-coated materials using heat and pressure. During this process, the ink turns into a gas without passing through a liquid state (sublimates) and permanently bonds with the fabric fibers. This results in vibrant, full-color prints that are durable, washable, and won’t crack, peel, or fade over time. Sublimation is ideal for producing all-over prints on polyester garments, sportswear, and promotional products with bright, long-lasting colors.

What Is This Type of Print Suitable For?

Sublimation Printing:
Sublimation printing works best on synthetic fabrics, especially polyester and polymer-coated materials, where the dye bonds permanently to the fibers, producing vibrant and durable prints. It is not suitable for natural cellulose-based fabrics like cotton, as the sublimation dye cannot properly adhere to these fibers. Sublimation is ideal for creating full-coverage, all-over prints with exceptional color depth and longevity.
Digital Printing:
Digital printing offers versatility and can be applied to both natural and synthetic fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It excels at reproducing detailed, full-color designs with smooth gradients and fine lines. Digital printing is suitable for small to medium runs and customized prints, providing soft, breathable finishes that maintain fabric comfort.
