After submitting your enquiry, we will send you our templates to submit your designs. Start by sharing your design—whether it’s a finished tech pack, a sketch, or just an idea. You can use our template or send your own files. Our team will review the details (style, fabric, trims, quantity) and send you a clear, transparent cost estimate within a short time.

02. Sourcing & Product Development
Once your designs are finalized and the Price estimate is accepted, we begin sourcing the perfect fabrics, trims, and accessories to bring your products to life. ExploreTex collaborates with a trusted network of mills and suppliers across Bangladesh, India, China, and worldwide—delivering high-quality materials tailored to your brand’s aesthetic, budget, and sustainability goals.
Our experienced team then develops precise samples and prototypes, adjusting fit, construction, and finishes to align with your vision. Every piece is checked for quality, functionality, and production readiness.
03. Samples Development & Approval
Before we begin mass production, we create a pre-production sample that lets you see and feel your garment exactly as it will be produced. This includes your chosen fabric, trims, stitching, fit, and branding details. Our sampling process ensures that every design matches your expectations in terms of quality, comfort, and construction. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions if needed, and once approved, we proceed to bulk production with full confidence.
We provide photo samples, physical samples, or even virtual mock-ups—whatever works best for your location and timeline. With ExploreTex, you’re always in control. Nothing moves forward without your final approval.
04 Bulk Production
Once your sample is approved, we move forward with bulk garment manufacturing in our carefully vetted partner factories.
