Our goal is to deliver your products safely, on schedule, and in excellent condition, supporting your business success worldwide.

For Small volume we use shipping suppliers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT to send your requests.

ExploreTex offers flexible shipping solutions tailored to your needs, including express air freight for urgent deliveries and cost-effective sea freight for bulk orders. We collaborate with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring fast, secure, and trackable delivery anywhere across the globe.

03. Custom Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and may apply to your shipment. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend customers to verify local customs policies in advance to avoid any unexpected delays or costs.

04. Insurance

Default not insures shipments. For cases where the shipments are lost or are stuck on your destination country habits, ExploreTex isn’t responsible for any losses after the products are handed over to the shipper.
We suggest that you contact the delivery company to solve any damaged or lost shipment problems.

05. Returns and Refunds Policy

If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your product, please email us with your order details along with clear, high-quality photos showing the issues. As our products are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds; however, we may provide a discount on your next order to help address any concerns.
At ExploreTex, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you encounter any problems, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

06. Shipment Tracking

Every ExploreTex order includes shipment tracking, enabling customers to follow their package’s journey from our facility to their doorstep. Our transparent tracking system keeps you updated in real-time, providing reassurance and confidence throughout the delivery process.

07. Shipping Lead Time (Express Air Freight and Sea Shipment)

*Estimated transit times vary depending on the chosen shipment method—courier, air freight, sea freight, or land transport—and are based on the schedules provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as peak season demand, weather conditions, customs clearance processes, and local regulations. ExploreTex cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated transit period.
